Better Business Bureau not letting it slide with local waterpark

Nineteen consumer complaints in the last year, 38 complaints in the last three years. The Better Business Bureau has been getting an earful about Fort Rapids Indoor Waterpark Resort. A number of complaints have dealt with guest comfort issues and a lack of access to certain amenities including the pool. The consumer protection group says that they have reached out to the resort multiple times regarding the allegations but have not received a response. As a result, the Better Business Bureau has given Fort Rapids a grade of “F.”  (jj)
