February is Black History Month and we’ve pulled together a list of events, talks and exhibits:
- The Ohio Statehouse has several living exhibits as well as art exhibits out for the month.
- “The Power of One,” Rosa Parks Children’s Art Exhibit (Map Room)
- Tours of the George Washington Williams Memorial Room
- Living History Presentations (Museum Gallery, 45 min.)

- Feb. 7, 21: Freedom Summer, film screening
- Feb. 21: Beginning Your African American Genealogy
- Feb. 21: Eagles on Their Buttons: African American Service in the Civil War and WWI
