What would the week be without a listicle? Forbes.com just put out a list of the “10 Best and Worst” cities for renters, and Ohio’s three C’s made only the “Best” part of the list. The rankings were determined by four factors: average rent, vacancy rates, share of household income spent on rent, and year-over-year changes in rent. (deb)
