Charges are now pending against an Ohio Lottery Commission employee accused of stealing more than $100,000 in scratch-off instant lottery tickets. The lottery says that a regional sales rep gamed the system in the Akron and Youngstown areas to get away with the tickets. David Dragelevich admitted in an interview with the Ohio State Highway Patrol to cashing in the stolen tickets or having accomplices do the redeeming. (jj)
