Kroger prepares to test new fresh market concept
Cincinnati-based Kroger is gearing up to test a new store concept in the Seattle area.
The new market will be called Main & Vine. Kroger describes Main & Vine as a place “where eating is healthy, affordable and fun.”
The store promises:
- Fresh, affordable local produce and meat
- A wide selection of local beer and wine
- Unique culinary experiences and taste adventures, with tasty meals made fresh in their kitchen
Kroger is being tight-lipped for the most part about this new venture…at least until it actually opens. But if it’s successful, expect more of these stores to open in other parts of the country.
