New 12-story luxury condo complex coming to Arena District

Nationwide Realty Investors has announced designs for a new 12-story, 69-unit luxury condo complex for the Arena District. The building will offer a multitude of floorplans for prospective tenants to choose from including 1- and 2-bedroom units, plus 2- and 3-bedroom townhomes. Premium amenities will include a fitness center, 24-hour concierge service, guest suite, social room w/ terrace, a fireplace, a bar and a catering kitchen.

The complex will also feature a 4-story parking garage with a roof top pool. <Fancy!>

Expect prices to range from $450,000 to $2 million.
