New landlords for the Grandview Cafe
Its new ownership for the Grandview Cafe space….though not for the Grandview Cafe. Commercial investors David Ruma and Skip Weller want to be clear about that point. They’re the new landlords, yes…but, no, they did not buy the Grandview Cafe. The two say that the area is just perfect for commercial real estate guys to spend their money. (jj)
