Port Columbus travelers rate airport satisfaction
A new survey from J.D. Power shows that travelers generally have a meh review of Port Columbus. CMH rated just a hair below average compared to the country’s other medium-sized airports. Statewide, Port Columbus finished just behind the Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky airport on the scale, but ahead of Cleveland Hopkins.
Airport officials hope that upgraded wifi connections and ongoing renovations will lift those satisfaction numbers higher in the future.
