Puppy Love Survey: How much do we dig our dogs?
According to a new survey from the makers of Milk-Bone dog biscuits and Pup-peroni dog treats, Ohioans love their pooches. In fact, the buckeye state ranks 9th on the list of states that love their dogs most. Criteria included measuring how often owners gave ‘doggy kisses’ and engaged in ‘cuddle time’ with their four-legged friends. Here’s a look at the top ten:

Other interesting notes from the survey:
- 73% of owners report buying their dog a gift at least once a month
- 39% of unmarried women prefer their dog to a date on Valentine’s Day
- 18% of men say that their dog helps them to get dates
- 79% of women and 67% of men say that dog-loving people are more attractive
