With Zettler Worthington Hardware closing, you’ll have to tighten those heartstrings somewhere else

After almost 26 years in downtown Worthington, Zettler Hardware officially closed on Dec. 31. After the closing, its remaining items will be auctioned off (at Zettler) on Jan. 6 at 10:30 a.m.

The building will be leased out to a mix of new retail tenants. According to ZPB Properties representative Elizabeth Buchenroth, Grid Furnishings (formerly in the Short North) will be the first tenant to lease a space in the building by opening a 3,000-square-foot store within the old hardware store in March.
