After almost 26 years in downtown Worthington, Zettler Hardware officially closed on Dec. 31. After the closing, its remaining items will be auctioned off (at Zettler) on Jan. 6 at 10:30 a.m.
The building will be leased out to a mix of new retail tenants. According to ZPB Properties representative Elizabeth Buchenroth, Grid Furnishings (formerly in the Short North) will be the first tenant to lease a space in the building by opening a 3,000-square-foot store within the old hardware store in March.
