Worthington Industries buys cryogenics biz, plans to awaken Walt Disney
Worthington Industries has entered into a $33 million deal to purchase a bankrupt company called CryoScience. The business deals with things like cryogenic biologic specimen storage and data technologies for global biomedical research and development, healthcare, bio-banking, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and animal husbandry markets.
Worthington Industries is already involved in the area of cryogenics, but this is a sizable investment for the company.
