Developers are considering turning the former site of Germain Amphitheater into a town-center style project where residents could walk to work and stores. They compare their plans to similar projects like Grandview Yard and planned redevelopment from suburbs like New Albany, Dublin, and Hilliard.
The developers are hoping to tap into the increasing market of millennials and empty nesters who want walkable areas that offer housing, offices, and shops. “This is what the market is looking for,” Geiger said.
