Harvest Pizzeria owners go south of the border!

Plans were announced Monday for a new Italian Village dining establishment from Grow Restaurants, the group behind Harvest Pizza, The Sycamore and Salt & Pine.

In a marked change of direction, the yet-unnamed restaurant aims to serve up high-quality, locally-sourced Mexican cuisine in a casual setting.

Former Mexico City resident Silas Caeton will take the role of head chef, having previously served at Rigsbys and Veritas.

The new restaurant will be located in a refurbished brick carriage house from the 1800s and an adjacent warehouse at 995 N. Fourth St., comprising a total 15,000 square feet of space for cooking and dining.

This information comes only a week after it was announced that Harvest Pizza will be opening a third location in Dublin this summer.

Expect to see details emerge in the coming weeks, and for the finished product to be ready late fall.
