Hoof Hearted Brewing opens Italian Village brewpub tonight

Columbus beer makers Hoof Hearted Brewing will be opening their new brewpub in Italian Village tonight at 850 N. 4th Street.

The new establishment will feature local craft brews exclusive to the restaurant, beer-food pairings, and a “summer swim-up bar.”

614NOW is currently waiting for confirmation as to whether the inclusion of the swim-up bar was just a joke, or a real thing. Ideally they weren’t joking, and Italian Village just got a lot more tropical as a result.

UPDATE: They weren’t joking.

“I guess you could call it more of a pool side service set up,” Hoof Hearted Brewing told 614NOW. “There will be a pool, and there will be beer available at it once the water temperature accommodates for more than penguins.”
