Pot problem is putting drivers in the hole

Despite damage claims of more than $1,400, the city of Columbus is doing little to assist drivers whose cars have been affected by pot holes in the city’s roadways. In fact, only one claim of $231.75 has been paid out since 2013, despite the fact that 441 claims were filed in 2015 alone.
Service requests are met with form letters from the city denying applicants reimbursement for damage done to their vehicles, seemingly across the board.
