Driver on heroin, cocaine charged in girl’s death

Curtis Hull allegedly hit 17-year-old Chelsea Alaimo and is being charged with vehicular homicide and four counts of OVI. Hull’s toxicology report showed traces of cocaine, pot and heroin in his system.

Alaimo was a senior at Mount Vernon High School.
