Crash in North Columbus Leaves One Dead

A motorcyclist was killed after crashing into a guardrail on Olentangy River Rd.  just before 1 a.m. Thursday.

The 50-year old motorist was driving a 2008 Suzuki motorcycle when he crashed.

Police and Medics arrived on the scene after 1 a.m. and pronounced him dead — he went off the right side of the road and struck the metal guardrail according to FOX28.

His name will not be released until next of kin are notified.
