D!#k pics, blackmail land parole officer in hot water
An unnamed female criminal on parole was groped by her parole officer in exchange for a pass on a drug test she failed, according to police reports.
The parole officer, Bret A. Rumer, also set up a fake Facebook account to communicate with her and sent her photos of his member on the app Snapchat.
When the unnamed woman reported to Rumer to take a drug test, she told him she knew it would test positive for heroin.
She took the test, but Rumer told her no one had to know about it.
Rumer then groped her breasts, groin and buttocks in the Parole Authority office and asked her to have sex on the desk. She told police they didn’t.
The woman reported the incidents to another parole officer in December.
Rumer is being investigated by the State Highway Patrol, though he has not officially been charged with a crime.
