Local rock DJ ‘Joe Show’ dies

Last week Columbus lost an undeniably memorable radio personality and a fierce advocate for classic rock.

Local rock DJ “Joe Show” died on Friday, after spinning records at QFM96 for 27 years.

The radio station posted several tributes to “Joe Show” on its Facebook page, and highlighted tributes from fans.

In a Facebook post, the radio station called Joseph Pasternak “QFM96’s biggest fan and most dedicated champion…. Joe was a friend, an icon, and a true rockstar.”
