PSA: Free parking in Columbus today thanks to Presidents’ Day

The City of Columbus Parking Violations Bureau is closed today, which means free parking in the capital city!

On Presidents’ Day we celebrate George Washington’s and Abraham Lincoln’s birthdays, both of whom were born in February.

So in addition to ending the tyranny of the British and the tyranny of slavery, we can remember two of our most famous presidents today for momentarily ending the tyranny of parking tickets.
