Former Buckeye Ezekiel Elliott Will Not Be Charged in Domestic Violence Investigation

Ezekiel Elliott was accused by a 20-year-old victim of domestic violence. The victim claimed that Elliott struck her several times inside a parked car, putting bruises on her arms.

The Columbus City Attorney’s Office has announced that they will not file charges against Elliott, a former OSU running back due to “inconsistencies with the information of the alleged incidents,” according to 10tv.

Elliott has denied all the allegations, including one where the victim claimed to have lived with Elliott for three months. The bruises, according to the report, are claimed to have come from a bar fight and four witnesses are reported to support Elliott’s claim that there was no assault that took place in the parked card.

Elliott has also denied that the pair living together, but later admitted that he did pay the victim’s rent and co-signed for her car.
