Heads up Dublin, new hotel planned in time for 2017 Memorial Tournament

Dublin residents could see big changes to Bridge Park in the form of a new Marriott hotel and an adjacent 19,000 square foot event center to be built by June 2017.

Crawford Hoying Development Partners LLC earned approval for the 150-room hotel and 500-seat event center from Dublin’s planning and zoning commission, in addition to a 500-car parking garage.

Though building permits have yet to be issued, construction is planned to begin this year.
