Historic High Street buildings to be renovated

A series of neglected historic buildings located 72-84 N. High Street will see new life following renovations to be started over the summer.

The $14 million dollar project will add 30 apartments and 61,000 square feet of retail and office space.

Also, the building at 90 N. High will be demolished to allow for a pedestrian walkway and more retail space.

The project has been approved by the Downtown Commission, and is expect to move forward soon.
