Ludicrous “New” Hangover Cure Costs $70 – $150

It’s the morning after. Your head is pounding. Your skin is slimy and you can barely process sounds. Yep, you’re hungover.

Typically, the thing to do would be fry up some bacon, throw some coffee on the pot and silently contemplate your position in life – maybe even wonder, “Was this worth it?”

Well, those days are long gone thanks to a Las Vegas trend that is spreading outwards. The Hangover IV.

Originally branded as hydration therapy, larger cities have begun to latch onto the concept once people began calling it “The Hangover IV.”

“Larger cities have tons of nightclubs and so people would want to go out, they would want to have a good time, but the next day they don’t feel so good so they would find a physician typically who would offer hydration therapy,” said Christopher Hall, Owner of Alternative Health Care in Albuquerque to KRQE-TV.

In Columbus, this ‘branding’ hasn’t taken off yet but hydration therapy is available through a variety of clinical businesses, that range from setting up appointments to home visits (for the especially blitzed or tired.)

The Hangover IV works by mixing a variety of supplements, vitamins and electrolyte heavy water and intravenously dripping directly into your body.
