OSU Assistant Coach Hit a Bicyclist With His Car

Assistant Coach Greg Schiano, defensive co-coordinator for the Buckeye football team, hit a bicyclist early this morning while driving on West Lane Avenue and Fred Taylor Drive, according to the Columbus Dispatch. 

The Bicyclist hit was a 26-year-old male student, and though he suffered a head injury, he was taken in to the Wexner Medical Center in stable condition and is expected to survive, said CPD Sgt. Brooke Wilson to the Dispatch.

Schiano did not suffer any injuries, and the crash remains under investigation.

The crash occurred on the corner of West Lane Avenue & Fred Taylor Drive
