State House Honors Fallen of 9/11

Almost 3,000 American flags were placed on the Statehouse lawn, marking the 15th anniversary of 9/11, according to 10tv.

Ohio firefighters volunteered to place each and every flag that represented the people that died during one of America’s most tragic event.

Columbus Division of Fire Lieutenant Stuart Mack said to 10tv that he hopes the volunteering effort helps people remember the 343 firemen that lost their lives during 9/11.

The stunning tribute can be viewed until Monday at 5 pm. This is the 14th year the Statehouse displays this tribute.
