US-23 reopened after major gas leak

After both directions of US-23 were closed near Flint Road in North Columbus due to a major gas leak, the road is now reopened after almost three hours of being closed.

Both directions were closed during the leak, which was reported around 8 a.m. this morning.

North side US 23 is shut down in both directions at Flint Rd due to a gas line hit. Duration unknown at this time.
