Cirque Du Soleil: OVO Returns to Columbus

It’s a circus and a play all wrapped up in trapeze acts and daring special effects.

Cirque Du Soleil’s OVO, a story very similar to Bug’s Life in that its about intelligent insects, is coming to the Shottenstein Center in May for another round.

Treat yourself the wonder of human physical skill and imagination as “Insects work, play, fight and look for love in a non-stop riot of energy in motion. Their home is filled with biodiversity, beauty, action and moments of quiet emotion. The awestruck insects are intensely curious when a mysterious egg appears, representing the enigma and cycles of their lives,” according to an excerpt on their website.

Tickets start at $40 and the show plays May 17-21.
