Do you get all the food you feature on your feed for free?
Columbus_foodie: Not always. We do get invited in a lot of places but we definitely have our favorites that we go to quite often!
What do you shoot your pictures with (i.e. phone/DSLR) and what software do you use to edit?
Columbus_foodie: We normally shoot on the go so we use both of our iPhones. One of has the 7 so we’ll use portrait mode when appropriate. If we know before hand that we’re going to be shooting, we’ll use the DSLR Canon rebel t6i. It’s easy to use with the built in WiFi so we can transfer the pictures right to our phone. Our favorite editing apps are VSCO and Afterlight. The tools most used are clarify, sharpen, saturation and details. They make the dishes pop and just look that much delicious!
Care to shoutout your favorite restaurant of 2017? What are you looking to try next?
Columbus_foodie: Oh gosh! That’s a hard one.. if we have to chose just one it would be Rockmill Tavern at the moment!
Do you have a specific exercise regime to balance with all the delicious food you enjoy?
Columbus_foodie: We both go to orange theory a few times a week, plus our busy nursing schedules keep us on our feet.
Are you besties with any other food bloggers? If so, what do you guys do when you hang out?
Columbus_foodie: We are lucky enough to be besties! And we have definitely made a lot of great friends through our social media platform.
What account is your biggest Insta inspo?
Columbus_foodie: Hungrybetches, talk about some serious food porn!
How much time do you spend on Instagram a day?
Columbus_foodie: 2-3 hours, you could call us Instagram addicts.
When you’re not out at a restaurant/bar, what do you typically eat? Do you cook?
Columbus_foodie: Italian anything and tacos, gotta love tacos!
