Bru Burger, Local Cantina Coming to Polaris

Burgers and tacos. Two food items so ubiquitous that sometimes it seems a bit silly to be writing about them but when you’ve got two of the most hyped up-and-coming midwestern chains expanding to Polaris, you just have to write about it.

According to Bizjournals, Trivium Development LLC is looking to break ground on a nearly 15,000-square foot strip at Polaris Parkway and Cleveland Ave.

The tentative named for the area will be called “The Corner” — which is dumb sounding for sure but names aren’t everything. It’ll have a brand new Local Cantina and the first central Ohio Bru Burger, an upscale burger joint that started in Indianapolis.

The Corner will also have a Starbucks and a Nail Salon, leaving only 1,200 square feet unclaimed. COTA will even run a bus along the corridor making it an easy stop for those commuting.

The project is expected to finish by the end of the year.
