Two young children shot while playing, one in critical condition

A brother and a sister were playing outside their apartment complex Wednesday when they were struck by bullets. The three-year-old girl is in stable condition but the eight-year-old boy is fighting for his life at Nationwide Children’s.

It happened around 4pm at Mayfair Apartments.

The two children were innocent victims, caught in the middle of two people shooting back and forth. Police are looking for a suspect who shot from a car but there are no details on arrests yet.
