Construction is likely to begin next year. The area most notable for being on the bend of the Olentangy River, is surrounded by popular diners, eateries on West Fifth Avenue and West Third Avenue.
The project could bring new grocers to the area, including new restaurants as well as a community park to entice the establishment of “real neighborhood amenities.”
