The people defending the man accused of raping and killing a female Ohio State student are trying to get the hell out of the county.
Brian Golsby’s attorneys filed a motion on Tuesday to have the hearings held outside Franklin County.
NBC4i reports that other motions by his attorneys were filed in regards to evidence exclusion and problems with the jury.
Golsby has pleaded not guilty to kidnapping, raping, and murdering Reagan Tokes. If found guilty, he would be put to death.
A hearing is scheduled to take place September 7.
