Dublin man can’t keep it in his pants, arrested

Update: The man who police believe is responsible for flashing a little girl in Half Price Books has been arrested. John M. Hammel of Dublin is also to blame for pleasuring himself in COSI and Petland this summer. Hammel has been spotted fondling his gentles under his shorts but has also gone full-blown exposure in public.

NBC4i reports that the incidents were corroborated through video surveillance and witness testimonials.

06/13/2017 11:05am– A man exposed himself to a five-year-old girl in Half Price Books on Bethel Rd. on Friday, June 9th. The little girl was in the children’s section when he flashed her.

“Half Price Books is working with Columbus Police to assist in their investigation,” said the discount book store. “We have provided them with an image of the suspect from our video surveillance footage and we hope the suspect will be caught soon to prevent this from happening anywhere else.”

This comes after a recent report of a man flashing a group of girl on a tennis court in Grandview. The man caught on the Half Price Books surveillance camera is white which matches the description of the man in Grandview. Same guy? New weird culprit? We hope it’s the former.. This town–nay–no town is big enough for multiple flashers.

Anyone with information was asked to call police at (614) 645-4266.
