Coming in at #8 on Trulia’s 2018 “Markets on the move” list is none other than Columbus, Ohio. The online real estate site peeked at data including job growth, affordability, searches on Trulia, and portion of the population under 35 to determine who was hot and who was not.

But alas, the city at the top of the list is one in *ichigan—Grand Rapids.

“Look inland for markets that are poised for housing market growth in 2018,” wrote Trulia’s Chief Economist Ralph McLaughlin, per The Dispatch.
