Update: Two dead after vehicle veers into pond

Update: The man in critical condition has died.

08/09/2017 9:44am- One man is dead after a vehicle drove into a pond in southeast Columbus.

It happened at Shore Blvd and Lakeside South early this morning.

Rescue teams pulled two men from the water; one dead, one seriously injured.

The latter remains at Grant Medical Center in life-threatening condition, reports 10tv.

So far, the cause of the crash has not been announced.
