We are a husband and wife team in Columbus, Ohio! Jared is a product of high school, college, and professional arena football. He is an athlete. His strengths are prevelant in olympic lifting, functional fitness, and recreational sports. Jared is not only a workhorse in the gym but he is a well trained mental athlete. Jared currently holds a Crossfit Level 1 certification. Lacy’s background is not rooted as deep in her sport. She spent her childhood and adolescent years playing soccer and lacrosse. It wasn’t until early 2013 that she broke into the bodybuilding circut. After joining her home gym Beyond Limits Training to get her healthy lifestyle on track she fell deep into contest preparation for natural bodybuilding shows. Lacy holds division titles in women’s physique and women’s bodybuilding in the NPC and NOBA.
Stace Athletics aims to offer all current and future clients a well rounded, healthy, fitness lifestyle. With Stace Athletics you’ll find, personal training for health and recreational purposes. Our training includes one on one, group, and online training and nutrition programs. At Stace Athletics our doors are open to athletes, competitors, mothers, college students, youths, its safe to say our doors are open to everyone!
