Have you heard about the new “gateway” to Italian Village being developed?

The F.W. Beeker building is located at the southwest corner of Fifth Avenue and Summit Street featuring a mix of residential and commercial units.

The massive development will be anchored by 4,000 square feet of restaurant space (including a 700-square-foot patio) and two additional commercial storefronts along Fifth Avenue.

The upper levels will consist of 89 boutique apartment units ranging from 500 to 1,165 square foot.

Residents will have the luxury of a rooftop deck, smart apartment technology, and other luxurious touches.

There will also be ample parking for residents and visitors of the retails spaces alike.
