Fallen Westerville officer’s K9 set to retire

Officer Eric Joering, one of the victims of the shooting over the weekend, worked alongside a K9 named Same. The Fraternal Order of Police has decided to retire the dog. Sam will live with Joering’s wife and three young daughters.
