New innovation hub to bring 200 tech jobs to Columbus

A consulting company is opening an innovation hub in Columbus and bringing 200 new tech jobs along with it. Accenture will help their clients by modernizing delivery techniques, developing strategic plans, and other services relating to advancing their technology.

Mayor Andrew Ginther and Accenture CEO Julie Sweet made the announced Tuesday morning.

Accenture also will expand its apprenticeship program for more under-represented groups to give them greater access to the digital economy, reports The Dispatch.

Accenture is a multi-national company serving clients in more than 120 countries and employing more than 435,000 people.
