You’ll wish you worked at Nationwide after reading this
Thanks to a tax reform passed by Congress right before Christmas plus a great appreciation for their staff, Nationwide Mutual Insurance employees will be cashing in on fat bonuses this year.
Columbus Business first reports about 29,000 workers will receive $1,000 bonuses and on top of that, will match employees’ 401(k) plans 50 percent on the first 7 percent of their contribution.
Every Nationwide employee will qualify for the 401(k) match increase while 87 percent of the staff will receive the bonus.
In 2015, the company raised minimum wage to $15 percent and offers their employees bad ass benefits like full company-paid pension, healthcare, and educational assistance.
Like what you hear? Maybe there’s a place for you at Nationwide.
