Find out what’s replacing Fabian’s in the Short North

As the Short North shuffle continues, a deep-dish pizza mainstay will be replaced by a concept promising “an unforgettable time.”

Pinot’s Palette will open Short North Paint & Sip at 691 N High St., which was formerly occupied by Fabian’s. The Chicago-style pizza bar closed in October.

According to the announcement on the company website, Short North Paint & Sip will be a destination for, “an unforgettable time with friends, drinks, painting, and fun.”
