Hey puddin’, celebrate HCT’s bday with sweets, FREE meal
Hot Chicken Takeover is returning to its roots this weekend to bring you sweet treats and a free meal as part of its 5th anniversary celebration.
Join HCT at The Olde Towne Tavern patio this Saturday, April 6 for Miss B’s Banana Pudding (Read Food & Wine’s “Some of the Best Banana Pudding Is Not Found in the South”) and a free meal pass to use on your next visit. The pudding party will begin 1pm and go until the goods are gone.
The anniversary festivities continue on April 8 with half-priced Boneless Meals all day at all locations.
Five years ago, the beloved fried chicken joint got its humble start in Olde Towne East pop-up window. Each weekend, owner Joe DeLoss and his crew of homelessness, previous incarceration, and/or other men and women facing barriers to employment served the central Ohio community the Nashville-style grub until they sold out.
