Soon there will be one more place to dine and drink in the Arena District.

Vine + Forge, a new bar and restaurant located in the newly-renovated Crowne Plaza Columbus Downtown, is shooting for a grand opening at the end of October/early November.

The establishment “seeks to delight guests with inspired food, hand-crafted cocktails, world class beer, and wine selections with a truly local vibe,” according to a press release. The menu will include tapas-based shareable items hand selected by Executive Chef Angela Allison.

Mixologist Shawn Ford developed Vine + Forge’s cocktail menu. Ford is a nationally recognized, award-winning hospitality trainer, operator and concept developer, and former resident Master Mixologist on the hit Paramount Network TV show Bar Rescue.

Vine + Forge’s namesake comes from the historic legacy of Ohio’s agriculture and steel industries, dating back to the early 1800’s.
