Not Chicken Takeover here to stay! Vegetarian entree added permanently

Vegetarians can finally join the Hot Chicken Takeover club full time! Columbus, we are proud to announce Not Chicken: a house-blended, plant-based seitan rubbed with HCT’s classic cayenne heat blends. This entree has been officially added as a permanent menu item.

Not Chicken will be served up as a traditional HCT sandwich or open faced on bread with pickles on top.
