Former OSU coach sentenced for having sex with teen

A former Ohio State diving club coach has been sentenced for having sex with teen diver.

William Bohonyi, who was fired in 2014 when allegations surfaced, will serve two 24-month prison sentences back to back. He will be a registered sex offender for life, reports NBC4i.

The accuser, Estee Pryor, says Bohonyi began pressuring her for sex when she was just 16.

“How are you supposed to care about a sport when your coach won’t even care about you or your body?” she said during her victim statement in front of the judge, reports NBC4i. “He’s manipulative and needs to be held accountable.”
