No monkey business – popular online clothing retailer Bonobos is bringing a brick-and-mortar shop to the Short North.

In a press release issued Monday, The Pizzuti Companies announced that national men’s clothing brand has signed a lease at the firm’s upcoming mixed-use development in the Short North, located at 875 North High Street.

Described as “the largest apparel brand ever built online in the United States,” Bonobos will occupy 1,500 square feet along High Street on the development’s ground floor.

Starting as an online-only retailer in 2007, Bonobos began opening brick-and-mortar locations in 2012. The brand claims to provide “better-fitting men’s clothing.” This lease marks their first location in Columbus and third in Ohio.

“We’re honored to continue to bring Bonobos to life for our existing customers and excited to make our better-fitting clothes and exceptional service accessible to more new customers in the Midwest,” Bonobos’ Chief Experience Officer Andrew Wingrove said via the release.

The building is scheduled to open in July. To find out what’s in store when Bonobos comes to town, visit them online at Bonobos.com.
