Unidentified body washes up on banks of Scioto River

Columbus Police are investigating after a man’s body was discovered on the banks of the Scioto River last night.

The washed-up body was phoned into police around 5:44pm Wednesday, reports NBC4i. The man, described as “beyond medical help,” was pronounced dead at 5:53pm.
