It’s not just a dream: Brio announces reopening in latest video

We’ve been dreaming about this for a long time… WE ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC! Thanks for sticking with us through…

Posted by Brio Easton on Thursday, June 25, 2020

After closing in March, and their sudden transition to carryout only, Brio at Easton has announced the official reopening of in-restaurant dining starting today, with a Hollywood blockbuster themed video detailing Assistant GM Brian Peters going back to work.

“The video came because we have been dreaming about reopening for the past few months, and it got me thinking about doing a dream sequence with bits from movies over the years,” said Peters about the clever video, which features plays on Jurassic Park, Terminator, Titanic, and The Wizard of Oz, among others.

Brio will be reopening with its sister site Bravo! at a reduced 50 percent capacity. The move comes after weeks of determining the best strategy for reopening to ensure guest safety. Both locations will be open for lunch and dinner from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

Both restaurants will feature a limited menu, but diners can expect to see classics from past menus making their way back in the coming weeks.
