Hobbyland posts up on new Clintonville corner

Avatar

A store that has been a part of the Clintonville neighborhood for almost 70 years has moved to a new location. With so much time being spent in the house lately, it may be time to pick up a new hobby.

Hobbyland has an assortment of RC cars and trucks, Gundam Gundal models, scale-model trains, airplanes, boats, rockets, and various gaming supplies. With plenty of supplies to fuel your current hobbies or start up a new one, Hobbyland’s new location near the corner of Longview Ave. and High St. is back open just in time.

Hobbyland is still offering its regular repair and classes to patrons while still adhering to social distancing rules.

Here are the current store hours:

Monday/Tuesday: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Wednesday: 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Thursday: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Friday: 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Saturday: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Sunday: 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Located at 3313 N. High St., patrons who’ve been eager to check out the new Hobbyland spot can park directly behind the shop in one of the shop’s six spots. The entrance is marked as “speakeasy.”
